Treetop Early Readers, Vol. 1
The Treetop Early Readers Series is meant to extend the joy of reading with your child. Early reader text is paired with informational text that parents can read aloud, enriching the experience of reading together. Each title features a rainforest creature and gives children an opportunity to learn scientific facts about the main character of each tale.
Volume 1 covers the short vowel sounds. The first title in the series, Tad the Treefrog, features the short a sound. Each new title adds a new vowel sound so that early reader text becomes increasingly more complex as new vowel sounds are added with each subsequent book.
